City A.M: CEO Adam Turmakhan on why fintech hubs around the world can't beat the US
Adam was recently quoted in City A.M. on the state of global fintech momentum. While he acknowledges the progress made by hubs worldwide, he argues they will still fall short of the scale and competitiveness of the US fintech scene.
Despite some current investor caution over fears of a recession, Adam believes the US market will only bounce back. Excellent investment prospects, favorable regulation, and buoyant valuations will keep the US on top, Adam argues.
He adds that if the rest of the world wants to compete, they must maintain the momentum they are building. Governments must address fintech in their growth strategies, and conservative attitudes toward fintech must be changed.
